The Plant Has Some Of The Largest Machinery Units In The Middle East For Manufacturing Heavy Members, For Instance In Automatic Submerged Welding And Capability In Cutting And Drilling Under Computerized Numeric Control (CNC).
- PRE ENGINEERED BUILDING
Pre-Engineered Buildings Are Defined By The Following Geometrical Parameters: Building Width, Length, Eave Height, Roof Slope, Sidewall Bay Spacing, End Wall Bay Spacing And Main Frame Module Space. Also Design Loads Are The Basic Parameter. Building Length And Width Are Defined By The Distance Between Steel Lines. Extreme Surface Edges Of Girts And Purlins Are Treated As Steel Line. Sum Of Side Wall Bay Spaces Will Be Equal To The Building Length. Eave Height Is The Distance From Finished Floor Level To Inter Section Point Of Roof And Sidewall Steel Line.

EBS Offers Profile To Suit Structural, Architectural, Thermal Lighting And Corrosive Circumstances. Structural Constraints Are Satisfied By The Range Of Corrugation Spacing, Thickness And Materials Available From Or Through EBS. The Architectural Requirements Are Met By The Choice Of Shapes And Sizes On Offer. These Extend From Flat Panels To Deep Corrugations, In Natural Finish Or In A Choice Of Colors Which Can Be Varied At Will, Although This May Affect Cost Or Delivery Or Both.

EBS Also Offers Steel Deck For Steel Buildings Or Mezzanines To Suit Structural Specifications. There Are Two Profiles Available In EBS Production Line; They Are EBS50X225 And EBS75X300 With Covering Width Of 900mm.
- CRANE BRIDGE GIRDER
EBS Offers Fabrication And Supply Of Crane Bridge Girders For Over Head Cranes. Most Girders Are From Plate Formed Box Section. EBS Plant Is Well Equipped With Advance Fabrication Facilities For Handling Complex And Heavy Steel Components Like Box Type Girders From Plate Fabrication. Latest Welding Equipments Along With Experienced Operators And QC Procedure In High Standard Are Making The Product More Reliable And Enhance The Reputation To Crane Suppliers.
