General Construction Co. (GCC) was established in 1976 in Abu Dhabi as a national contracting company part of the Al Rubaya Group of Companies with Engineer Elie Saliba as Managing Director. We excel in responding to the needs of clients with a commitment of high quality service and timely delivery. We are proudly classified as “Category One” by the Planning Department of Abu Dhabi for activities related to pipeline and water distribution network and certified by TÜV NORD ISO 9001 since 2000 and OSHAS 18001 since 2005 we are also registered and in full compliance with all the AD EHSMS requirements. As a consequence of our high quality standards focused on customer satisfaction, we had been awarded with a certificate of Appreciation by Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) during the Partners Forum of 2009.

Our Most Prestigious Pipeline Projects Are The Ras El Khaima (N-6850) Where It Consisted Of The Construction Of 36 KM Of 800 Mm D.I Water Transmission Main From Tawain Roundabout To Bureirat Tank Farm At A Testing Pressure Of 30 Bars; And Abu Al Abyaad Island Project (D-8538) With A Scope Of Constructing A 60 Km Pipe Network Of HDPE Pipeline From Diameters Ranging From 250 To 560 Millimeters.
